Overview

The Naisargika Bala API calculates the natural strength component of the traditional Vedic astrology Shadbala system. Unlike strength measures that depend on a planet's position or timing, Naisargika Bala represents the inherent natural strength assigned to each of the seven classical planets: Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn.

The API returns the Naisargika Bala value and its equivalent in Rupas for each planet. These results help developers display natural planetary strength in tables, charts, and horoscope analysis tools, or combine it with other Shadbala components to present a more complete assessment of planetary strength.

To request Naisargika Bala data, provide the birth year, month, date, time, latitude, longitude, and timezone. Optional configuration settings allow you to select an Ayanamsha, such as Lahiri, Sayana, or Tropical, and choose a geocentric or topocentric observation point. The API returns the results in JSON format for integration into websites, mobile applications, and Vedic astrology software.
