1. Subscription-Based Services

If you have subscribed to any of our paid plans for API usage, the following conditions apply:

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel them before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to the Subscription Settings section.

  • Click on Cancel Subscription.

Once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer be charged for the next billing cycle. However, you will still be able to access the paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services, but due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once payment has been processed. However, we offer refunds under the following exceptional conditions:

  • Wrong Charges: If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., for services you did not use or authorized), you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Monthly or Annual Subscription Fees: If you have used the service during the billing cycle, we cannot offer a refund for the subscription fee.

  • Purchased Hits or Additional Requests: Any additional API requests purchased beyond the standard usage limits are non-refundable once purchased.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the refund request is approved. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
